Great international Weekend Seminar with Vishwaguruji in Vép, Hungary
After the weekend seminar in Strilky, Vishwaguruji visited Vép in Hungary, continuing celebrations of the Mahasamadhi (liberation) anniversary of Sri Deep Mahaprabhuji, as well as the approaching Christmas holidays.
In his lectures, Vishwaguruji addressed the topics of confronting and removing fear, as well as stress management.
Vishwaguruji demonstrated and explained three simple acupressure techniques for releasing stress quickly, which can be done easily by everyone during the day:
1. Massage the temples with 2 fingers of the right and left hands, clockwise x 10
and counterclockwise x 10.
2. Massage the bridge of the nose with both thumbs between the eyebrows, clockwise x 10
and counterclockwise x 10.
3. Press both thumb tips rhythmically and with light pressure on the same points of the root of the nose and let go again. Repeat x 21.
4. With the forefingers from both hands, swipe down with little pressure like an inverted V from the bridge of the nose to the lips. Repeat x 21.
and counterclockwise x 10.

Lower your hands and relax for a few minutes with your eyes closed.
Vishwaguruji added: "One of the best techniques to calm down feelings of fear, anger and stress is the repeating of a mantra. If you have a guru mantra you can repeat this, for those who don't have a personal mantra, also a very simple continuous repetition of numbers e.g. 1-5, or 5 letters of the alphabet e.g. A-E, is effective."
